Vuslo Wiring Connecting Terminals - HF2221 2 Ports WiFi Serial Device Server for Automation Control
Category: ap products table support
The industrial Wi-Fi serial server products developed by the IOTWORKSHOP are designed for the specific needs of industrial users. These products are characterized by a MIPS MCU with 4MB Flash and 8MB SRAM, and they run on the eCos operating system. The devices support a variety of communication protocols, including TCP/IP, Telnet, Modbus TCP, RS232, RS422, and RS485, with a serial speed of up to 460800 bps.
The Wi-Fi serial server supports multiple network working modes, including STA, AP, and AP+STA, and it can function as either a router or a bridge. The Ethernet interface is standard 10/100 Base-T with auto-negotiation and 8KV isolation protection. The network protocols supported include IP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP server/client, ARP, BOOTP, AutoIP, ICMP, Web socket, Telnet, FTP, TFTP, uPNP, NTP, and SNMP.
The device also supports various security protocols, such as TLS v1.2, AES 128-bit, and DES3. The Wi-Fi standard is 802.11 b/g/n, with a maximum transmit power of 20 dBm for 802.11b, 18 dBm for 802.11g, and 15 dBm for 802.11n. The receive sensitivity is -89 dBm for 802.11b, -81 dBm for 802.11g, and -71 dBm for 802.11n. The Wi-Fi security protocols supported are WEP, WPA-PSK, and WPA2-PSK.
The device has two serial ports (RS232, RS485, or RS422) with a DB9 connector for RS232 and a 5.08mm connector for RS485/RS422. The data bits are 8, the stop bits are 1 or 2, and the parity can be None, Even, or Odd. The baud rate for the TTL interface is up to 300 bps.
The configuration of the device can be easily done through a web interface or the PC IOTManager tool. The device also supports web-based OTA (Over-the-Air) wireless upgrades, allowing for easy firmware updates.
